Returns & Refunds Policy

At HomeBrew Works, we want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us.

This policy is intended to explain our returns process and does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged or is not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email [email protected] and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photographs of the product and packaging where relevant

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the nature of the problem, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Products Damaged During Delivery

If your order appears to have been damaged during delivery, please retain the product and all original packaging.

Contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label where possible.

This information helps us assess the damage and, where appropriate, raise the matter with the delivery provider.

Change of Mind Returns

HomeBrew Works is not required to provide a refund or replacement where you simply change your mind.

However, we may consider change of mind returns at our discretion.

Please contact us before returning any product.

Products accepted for a change of mind return must generally be unused, unopened where applicable and in their original packaging and resaleable condition.

Return delivery costs for an approved change of mind return are the responsibility of the customer.

Do Not Return Products Without Contacting Us

Please contact HomeBrew Works before sending a product back.

This allows us to confirm the return process and provide the correct return instructions.

Products sent without prior contact may take longer to identify and process.

Consumable Products

For health, hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened consumable products such as brewing ingredients, yeast, flavourings and similar products may not be accepted for a change of mind return.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
